1General Terms & Introduction

Cv6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between cv6 and its registered members.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the system will automatically save the game result.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all staked amounts will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Violation of game rules or misconduct may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Cv6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any part of these Terms and Conditions has been violated.
• Required documents for KYC verification have not been submitted.
• When a suspicious or unusual transaction is identified.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor has been found.

Before closing an account, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to verify their balance. However, in cases of serious rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
